1.       CONSULTAIONS are done either by email report or Telephone call depending
on Service you have opted for and PAYMENT you have done.  

     Kindly note that, for all our services full payment is needed in advance.

2.       You cannot opt for both email and telephonic mode of consultations; you have to
select ONLY ONE mode of consultation, not both.

3.      All consultations will be done by Manoj Sathe directly. [ Not by his assistant ]

4.      For telephonic consultations, as per my availability 2 slots option will be given; in that you have to select 1 slot. Please note for Telephonic consultations No email report is provided .          For Telephonic consultations, language of consultation will be either English, Hindi or
Marathi.

5.      Kindly note that , No refunds will be given once payment is done online.

6.      For Vastu consultations, you have to email/whatsapp your clear floor plan along with directions on it.

7.      For Online Vastu consultations, its report will be emailed to you.  If you are interested
for personal Home/Office visit  for Vastu Consultation. That visit will be subject to appointment availability.

8.      We do our best efforts while doing consultations; hence No Re–assessment of any consultation will be done. If you have any doubts after completion of consultation; that doubts will be entertain through
email/Whats app message only, and within 7 days after consultation done.
